Waist-high, mid-thigh-length ruffled lace nylon bloomers. Very ruffled, very feminine. Perfect for dance pants under our petticoats or for costumes. Waist-high, mid-thigh length, 6”  inseam, with lace ruffles. Sizing can be tricky—see below for sizing table. If you fall between sizes,  purchase a larger size.  65% polyester, 35% cotton, with lace ruffles
