We offer return/replacement of most products ordered on Malco Modes within 30 calendar days of purchase. Pettipants or clearance items, under any circumstances, cannot be returned for health reasons. If you get a defective product, we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost to the customer.
We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take adequate measures to maintain its condition.
Once we receive the product in an unused condition, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the item, minus the shipping and handling, and a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to show up on your statement after we receive the item.
To return an item, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization number. Then please send the items, a copy of the invoice, the return authorization number assigned to you, and an explanation of the reason for return to the following address:
