About Us

Our Story

Thank you for your interest in Malco Modes garments. Malco Modes is the largest and most respected manufacturer of high-quality petticoats, pettiskirts, pettipants, crinolines, and slips, as well as Square and Western dance apparel in the United States. We manufacture and inventory the largest selection of underskirts, petticoats, pettipants, pettiskirts, and crinolines in the Western Hemisphere.

Over 100 Years of Excellence

Since our founding over 100 years ago, we have been privately owned and operated. We excel by adhering to the old-world tradition of providing superior quality while adapting to changing times. Each Malco Modes garment is hand-sewn with pride in our facility in Eastern Tennessee. "We combine outstanding craftsmanship with meticulous detailing to ensure every piece is perfect," says the Malco Modes design team.

Unmatched Quality

Don’t be fooled by cheap, imported, poorly-constructed costume look-alikes which have copied our styles using inferior materials. Our products are crisp, clean, and fresh, avoiding the odor and discoloration often observed with imports. According to professional dancers, all Malco Modes products deliver the quality and durability required for rigorous stage and screen performances.
