Update: After reaching someone by phone, it was discovered that they had an issue with the email they were using to respond to inquiries (although not before telling me several times that it must be an issue with my email). Once they switched to a different email, I was able to receive the responses they have been trying to send. They originally offered to return my purchase minus a 20% stocking fee. When I pointed out that their website only mentions a 15% stocking fee, they asked me to email a screenshot to them. Seemed kind of unnecessary since it was still on their website under their returns section. However, their returns person did reach out to me and offer to return the item with a full refund and no restocking fee which was nice. They also asked me to delete or update my original review which you can read below.
Original review: I ordered the Zoey petticoat . It feels very soft but I am disappointed with the overall length, waist construction, and hang of the petticoat. I contacted them 9 days ago regarding returning the item per their instructions. I have not received a response to my email, but have received TWO requests for an online review. For a company in business for so long, I would expect that they would have better customer service.
